At ARC Power we know that our customers are at the heart of our business, and we always value the opportunity to engage with them. Supported by the Rwandan Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) a number of our team took the day out of the office to have an in-depth conversation with our future customers in Gatsibo District. We spoke about our company, the service we will provide and importantly what the cost will be to customers.
The good people of Gatsibo have been eagerly waiting for ARC Power to bring electricity to their community since we began engagement in 2020. There was much enthusiasm to better understand what power would mean for their families and communities, and overwhelming support for us to start powering their villages as soon as possible. We are currently in the final stages of getting approval from RURA to work with this community in Gatsibo, our teams are ready to go and we are excited to begin work.
