Meet the Team

As Business Development and Compliance Manager, Penny-Jane is responsible for the strategic development of ARC Power. Her focus includes developing the pipeline of new countries, building presence through high level government and broader stakeholder engagement and consulting on policy. She provides foresight as well as compliance with current and future laws and standards and generates ARC Power policies to ensure internal compliance with ARC Power principles and standards.

Penny-Jane has a Masters in Environmental Management and more than 12 years experience in the legislative and policy environment governing the renewable energy industry across Africa. She has worked as a project manager in the private and non-profit sector and has a passion for mentoring developing teams.
