Meet the Team

As the chief financial officer (CFO), Joanna oversees the global financial operations. She a qualified chartered accountant and started her career in audit with KPMG. Prior to joining Arc Power, Joanna was the Group Finance Director at Iris Nation Worldwide. Throughout her nearly 17 year career in accounting, audit and financial planning Joanna has been responsible for M&A activity, accounting & tax, treasury, shareholder relations and has a proven track record of building and aligning financial metrics to support business development as well as implementation of aggressive growth strategies.
