Meet the Team

Charlie has been leading the Rwandan operations since 2018, managing a team of more than fifty permanent members across all operational areas before heading up the groups' operations across all countries in 2023. He is a widely travelled and experienced business management and logistics expert who has worked in the UK, Netherlands and Sri Lanka as well as multiple African countries. Charlie has previously managed large, diverse teams and worked with new businesses to help them develop rapidly. Charlie has a Masters in International Development.
